The room was trendy, the bed was nice, reasonably spacious bathroom. Everything was excellent, even so a few employees were not very welcoming. The location was good, about 10-minute walk into town. The central station walking distance to the hotel, it was an extra bonus.

Stayed for 2 nights, the hotel was gorgeous and spotless, it had absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice location close to all tourist locations. Everything was nice and the staff were attentive. The food was appetising, had a good choice of options. The service offered was excellent. Furthermore, the parking was nearby and convenient. You guys made my stay good.

The location was magnificent - next to Liverpool and city centre and quayside and massive Liverpool One centre.
